Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist in Cambodia. We are primary healthcare practitioners. However, if you have a referral from your doctor, please bring it with you as it can provide valuable information for your assessment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need. A cancellation fee may be applied for late cancellations or no-shows.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies greatly depending on your specific condition, its severity, and your personal goals. After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss a proposed treatment plan with you, including an estimated number of visits.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with several major insurance providers. Please contact our reception with your insurance details, and we can verify your coverage for physiotherapy services. For other providers, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can use to submit a claim yourself.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, ABA Pay, and most major credit cards.
